The "Lindu" train, traversing the vast expanse of northeastern China, is affectionately dubbed "the home traveling into the forest." Passengers can enjoy the winter beauty of the Pinus koraiensis forests in Yichun, Mohe the "North Pole of China" and Manzhouli. Disembarking, they can experience the serene slow life of the Lesser Khingan Mountains. The "Starlight Thailand-Laos" tourist train ventures abroad along the China-Laos Railway, offering a seven-day, six-night journey through picturesque landscapes, including the cities with both UNESCO World Natural and Cultural Heritage of Luang Prabang and the capital, Vientiane in Laos. This route encapsulates the scenic beauty along the China-Laos Railway.
This year, CR has intensified its efforts to develop unique tourist train brands. From January to November, it operated 1,737 tourist trains, a 17.6% YoY increase, sparking a surge in "slow" train travel consumption.
